1. Why is communication important?
- Communication is important as it helps people to understand each other better and not get into unnecessary arguments.
2. What is/are your favourite forms of communication? Why?
- My favourite form of communication is talking as it is the simplest form of communication and you can clearly understand what someone is talking about.
3. How do you decide which form of communication to use in a situation?
- It depends whether is informal or formal. If you are talking to the principal, you must use formal as it is polite, however among friends you can use the informal tone to speak. It also depends whether you can talk, if you cannot, you can use non verbal cues.
4. What difficulties do you face in communicating with others?
- The difficulties I face in communicating with others is that the receiving party cannot hear what I say or cannot understand the language I am using. Example: Using chinese to talk to an Indian person
